USA Karate & Krav Maga Self Defense, Adult & Children Martial Arts Classes in Memphis

USA karate has been an integral part of my kid's life for the past two years. My son is now a strong confident young man and I believe that might not be the case without the discipline and exercise he gets in his karate classes. Instructors are just fantastic, they treat my son like the champion he is.

Great for all ages and experience levels! Stranger danger, bullying issues, tenacity, being kind and positive, and defending yourself. These are just a few things the students learn about when at USA Karate.

I am new to all of this.. but, I have to say that the instructors are some of the best people I have worked with...ever! I needed something different, something to finally motivate me... I think I have found that here at USA Karate and Krav Maga Centers. I train mostly out of the Bartlett location, but have also been to Cordova with Mr. Dale, he rocks! Mr.Kelly at Bartlett is a great motivator & wants you to learn the technique & then drive it home & be successful. Mr. McMinn likes to make sure you are learning & getting the proper technique & they both want you to learn to protect yourself & have a good workout. If you want to go to a place with high energy, motivation & success then USA Karate and Krav Maga Centers is the place for you to be!!

Wonderful instructors who are very knowledgeable! If you want the best instructors who will always be there to help keep you motivated and will help you get to your goal, and just an overall great environment to be in, then this place is the place for you!

This is the school to go to if you’re 4 or 80. Everyone is humble and the staff is world-class. With 5 locations around the Memphis area you’re never too far away to train!

Amazing instructors, amazing staff, and everyone if so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the program and everything that the facility offers. Also, the staff and the instructors are all some of the most friendliest people I've ever met.

My son has ADHD and he was so hyperactive that we were getting notes from the school about him continually disrupting the class. Oddly enough, he can sure focus on electronic games. I enrolled in him a couple of martial arts classes to help him release some energy. Now, he’s able to “unplug” himself from distractions completely on his own, and takes pride in being a martial artist! A great program to enroll children in.

This is the best studio. They are wonderful and really help every single student. I am so happy with the results and everything my children have learned. They teach respect or others and themselves also self discipline and most important they take time for every student. So happy to have them as apart of our family.
